I met Darius and his mom, Lyn, at Point Defiance Park recently and we had the absolute best weather! Again, I’m so grateful for clients who are flexible in rescheduling their senior sessions this time of year. October can be a little unpredictable, to say the least, but when it’s beautiful, it’s really beautiful! We started out at the Japanese inspired Pagoda.
Darius is a senior this year at Franklin Pierce High School in Tacoma. He loves gaming and is a huge sports fan. His mom shared with me that Darius could tell me any stats I wanted to know. He’s got a knack for details and sports trivia.
Darius received his class of 2022 swag just in time for his senior session. I’m so glad he brought this hoodie along!
We found plenty of fall colors around the park to incorporate into Darius’ images. These leaves match his cool sneakers!
Darius picked out this spot. I love it when seniors spy a good backdrop!
Darius wanted to get some shots down by the water, so we made the short drive from the park to Point Ruston. Take notice senior guys, you can never go wrong by bringing a blazer to your portrait session. Darius dressed up his jeans with a polo and jacket and looked absolutely dapper!
With the school year well underway, Darius is looking forward to Key Club starting up again where he can continue to develop leadership skills and serve the school and greater community through volunteer work. His college plans include applying to DigiPen, one of the top five game design schools located right here in Redmond, WA. There, Darius will earn his Bachelor’s degree and would like to major in Game Design and Graphic Design.
Thank you to Darius and Lyn for a great session! I had so much fun exploring Point Defiance and Point Ruston with you. Darius, I hope you have an awesome senior year and make tons of great memories!
