This was my first time shooting at Dash Point State Park and I’m so happy with our choice of location. Richard requested a beach session, and this wooden bridge was the perfect starting point just shy of the beach. He brought his bass guitar and it was such a treat to be able to photograph Richard and his great smile along with capturing his love for music! Guitar is not the only instrument this talented guy plays.
Richard was so easy going that he didn’t mind my trying to get some creative shots.
Fall had arrived at the beach. This flannel shirt was the perfect choice, layered over a Tee-shirt, and it looks great against the driftwood and the sea grass.
Richard’s smile is so infectious, but I think he’s got a great serious look, too!
How’s this for a pop of color?! We were able to change up this look so easily with a couple of different ties for a more dressy look and rolling the sleeves for a more casual look.
Richard has a busy senior year ahead of him. He’s not just narrowing down his college choices for music education, but is drum major and involved in drama and musical theater as well. Thank you so much to Richard and his mom, Joan, for being so flexible. With our eyes on the weather forecast, we switched dates and ended up with the perfect weather. Thanks for an awesome session!
